Dr. Josh is our Chiropractor, who’s main focus is on improving the overall function of the body. Josh discovered his passion for understanding the human body and love for helping others at a young age which drove him to study Chiropractic. Josh lives by the motto, “do something today, your future-self will thank you for”.
Effects from daily stressors such as poor posture in the work place, poor eating habits or lack of exercise can negatively impact our health. Many chronic illnesses and musculoskeletal conditions are preventable and stem from bad habits over time. This is why maintaining a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, good eating habits and a healthy functioning nervous system is Josh’s main priority.
