Training Philosophy


We work on a program of unique progressions and regressions, so everyone works to their own individual levels of skills, ability and efficiency.


STRENGTHEN: Tuesdays and Thursdays Strengthen sessions take place all day. Strength is the base of all motor skills. When combined with controlled primal movements and mindful technique allows our body to relearn movement patterns while lowering the risk of injuries in sports and every day life tasks. 


PERFORM: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays you will find Perform sessions. These consist on a combination of total body training methods with higher paced tempo and interval accelerations to increase metabolic enhancement by performing functional exercises. High calorie demand and fat burning.

RESTORE: Session design for all physical conditions aiming to restore our bodies mobility, flexibility, alignment, posture, and recover from pains and aches.


ALIGN - YOGA: An ancient system of physical postures, breathing techniques and mind body relaxation.

TAICHI: Learn the basics of Taichi philosophy and Taiji's practical arts. Through the art of Yang Style Taiji we will attune our body, mind and soul to increase productivity in your chosen area or lifestyle.
