Brittney is one of our best personal trainers and fitness instructors here at Health Quarters. She has been working as a Fitness Instructor and Personal trainer for nearly 2 years and absolutely loves it. Brittney believes training should be something you enjoy. She is always researching new exercises and training styles to make exercising something to look forward to.
Brittney has a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation as well as personal knowledge and experience in body building competitions, eating disorders nutrition and women’s wellness. Incorporating a well-designed fitness routine, nutritional guidance, and wellness tips, Brittney will help you achieve the goals you desire and help you become fit and healthy for life.
Brittney is available in the Health Quarters studio at both of our locations to help you along your health and fitness journey. She offers a complimentary consultation in order to create a personalised plan of action to reach your goals as well as an option for a biomechanical assessment
