When combined with controlled primal movements and mindful technique allows our body to relearn movement patterns while lowering the risk of injuries in sports and every day life tasks. Sessions with low impact, this the safest approach to exercise but not only for beginners.
Combination of training methods - creating a great metabolic impact but low skeletal/joint impact.
Unwind and stretch out those tight spots at the end of the day with some deep stretches to restore and loosen up after your weekly workouts. This class may incorporate some flow yoga to connect the body and breath and settle the mind and use of therapy balls to get into deep fascia.
